The food was amazing. Jackson was awesome because he was filling up orders and talking to me while doing so. The entire staff was very nice. I asked my waitress what she would order and she(Lily I believe) kindly answered and gave a great suggestion. Thank you for that. I plan to return again.

Had seen some reviews and had to check out, it's been tough to find a place that has Katsudon in the Raleigh area, at least in my experience. I went with my dad for my birthday on the 3rd and we got a few items, all of which was really good! As someone who likes mackerel that was a plus to find and the egg (Tomago). My main thing I had to get, was the Katsudon, and I can say that is the best I've had in a good while. Service was outstanding, and despite being a small place the quality and chill atmosphere is perfect, which is what matters most. I'll be for sure coming back and would highly recommend to a few of my friends as well who are looking for some authentic Japanese cuisine in the area.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! As a vegetarian, I was impressed by the variety of options available. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of choices beyond the typical vegetarian offerings. What stood out most was how authentic the entire experience feltβfrom the flavors and presentation to the atmosphere and attention to detail. The service was warm and welcoming, and every dish tasted like it was made with care. It's not always easy to find a Japanese restaurant with great vegetarian options, but this place exceeded my expectations. Iβll definitely be back!

I am visiting town for a work event and always like to treat myself to some sushi. I explored a few different restaurants and thought Kashin rolls sounded the most intriguing. I ordered The Aburi Salmon roll and Rainbow roll. These rolls were TASTY!! They were filling, fresh, and had thick pieces of fish/seafood in them. They were so good, I want to order again tomorrow. The fresh salmon and tuna melted in my mouth. They threw in the side of spicy mayo I requested for free, so that was a nice surprise. The to-go bag had a mint in it, so that was a nice surprise. Very impressed and can't say enough good things about this sushi spot.

We happened upon this quaint Japanese restaurant and what a wonderful surprise it was. The poke bowl was easily one of the best I have had, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was warm and attentive, and I was especially grateful for their thoughtful gluten free options, which can be difficult to find in this cuisine. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We will absolutely be back!!
